WARRANTY INFORMATION & CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Thank you for selecting Detail Pro Shop to install Paint Protection Film on your vehicle.

PPF (Paint Protection Film) is a flat urethane material that is stretched and molded onto complex curves of your vehicle.  Some distortion may be visible upon very close inspection.  This is common and will not affect the performance of the product.  We encourage you to view the product from a typical viewing distance of a few feet away.  The edge of the product will be more visible on some colors vs others.  Extremely close inspection will reveal slight imperfections in the product and even the factory paint itself, neither of which affect the intended performance of the product – superior paint protection.

Detail Pro Shop makes every effort to produce a clean installation, however, as in any aftermarket process without the advantage of a perfect atmospherically controlled environment, foreign particles may be present and detectable on close inspection.  Normally these are not detectable from a few feet away.

Wash your car normally with soap and water.  We recommend microfiber towels vs terry cloth or wool towels and mitts.

We recommend waiting 3 days between installation and first wash.  As always, do not wash or scrub in direct sunlight.  Avoid pressure washing too closely to the edges of the film (2-3 feet away is recommended)

Curing time is 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) – during this time, the film may appear hazy, cloudy, botchy or distorted. Large amounts of a water-based solution are used during the installation process, small amounts may be visible and should eventually dissipate during the curing process. Avoid pressing against blemishes or distortions during the curing process.

As part of the installation, we require a 2-week inspection and quality assurance check to ensure the curing process results in the best possible long-term paint protection solution. This also allows us to catch any minor issues before they potentially become significant issues.

With proper care, your new PPF should offer many years of protection for your vehicle. Be sure to read the terms and conditions of your product warranty.

We hope you enjoy your Paint Protection Film and appreciate your business!

Thank you for selecting Detail Pro Shop to install a Ceramic Coating on your vehicle.

Detail Pro Shop makes every effort to produce a clean installation, however in any aftermarket process it is nearly impossible to avoid minor imperfections.

Ceramic coatings add a layer of protection to your vehicle’s surfaces.  Although very durable, the coating can still be scratched and damaged with improper care.

Wash your car normally with water, soap, and application specific cleaners.  We recommend plush micro-fiber towels (350gsm or greater) for washing.  And for best results, air drying (leaf blower) followed by towel drying with little to no hand pressure.  Please avoid automatic car washes that use rotating or oscillating brushes.  Most touch-free car washes are safe for use.

We recommend waiting 2 weeks after installation before using mitts or towels.  The coating will take several days to fully cure, however, is safe to drive, get wet and be exposed to elements.  Our recommended 2-week quality assurance check includes a free wash and allows our team of trained technicians to inspect the original installation.  During this visit, we are also able to share our recommended wash and dry methods, preferred tools and appropriate car care products.

If your Ceramic Coating application comes with a warranty, please be sure to read the terms and conditions and contact us with any related questions.

We hope you enjoy your Ceramic Coating and appreciate your business!

Thank you for selecting Detail Pro Shop to install Window Tint Film on your vehicle.

Detail Pro Shop makes every effort to produce a clean installation, however in any aftermarket process it is nearly impossible to avoid minor imperfections or some form of very minor contamination.  Window film is best viewed from 3-5 feet away.  Extremely close inspections can reveal minor contamination, minor defects in the film, and even minor defects in the factory glass itself that can be exaggerated by the reduction in light transparency.

Aftermarket film may have a slightly different color than any factory tint.  Once the film type is chosen, we cannot refund any funds for replacement requests due to color or shade differences.

Curing time is 3-5 days – during this time the film may appear hazy, cloudy, blotchy or distorted and small amounts of moisture may be visible and should eventually dissipate during the curing process.  Avoid pressing against blemishes or distortions during the curing process.

We recommend leaving the windows up for at least 24 hours.

We recommend not cleaning the windows for 7 days.  Window cleaners should be Ammonia-Free and we recommend using microfiber towels.  Do not use blades or squeegees.

With proper care your new window tint will offer many years of protection.

We appreciate your business!

Thank you for selecting Detail Pro Shop to install Vinyl Wrap on your vehicle.

Detail Pro Shop makes every effort to produce a clean installation, however in any aftermarket process it is nearly impossible to avoid minor imperfections or some form of very minor contamination. Vinyl wrap is best viewed from 3-5 feet away. Extremely close inspections can reveal minor contamination, minor defects in the vinyl, and even minor defects in the factory paint or panels themselves that can be exaggerated by close-range lighting.

Aftermarket vinyl may have a slightly different color, texture, or finish than any factory paint. Once the vinyl type is chosen, we cannot refund any funds for replacement requests due to color or finish differences.

Curing time is 3-5 days – during this time the vinyl may appear slightly raised at edges, hazy, or show small amounts of trapped air or moisture that should eventually dissipate during the curing process. Avoid pressing against blemishes or distortions during the curing process.

We recommend avoiding automatic car washes, brushes, and pressure washers for at least 7 days.

We recommend not washing the vehicle for 7 days. When washing, use pH-neutral, wax-free soap and microfiber towels only. Do not use blades, squeegees, or abrasive scrubbers, and avoid parking under direct sun or in extreme heat for extended periods while the vinyl cures.

Your vinyl wrap is covered under a 1-year warranty against installation defects such as lifting, bubbling, or peeling under normal use.

We appreciate your business!
